What is Fuxi?
Fuxi is a social shopping and discount platform that enables users to benefit from advantageous offers in groups, thanks to deals valid at contracted brands and businesses. Advantages obtained through Fuxi are applied with shopping codes used during payment in the store.
Fuxi serves as an intermediary platform in the creation and implementation processes of deals. The relevant brand is responsible for the price, stock, quality, return, and exchange processes related to the products and services.
Is it free to use Fuxi?
Yes. Downloading the Fuxi application, creating a profile, and benefiting from deals are free for all our users.
In which cities is Fuxi valid?
You can reach Fuxi from 81 provinces of Turkey. The deals you will find on Fuxi are valid in cities determined by contracted brands and stores. The location information where each deal is valid is clearly stated in the deal details.
What is a deal?
Deal refers to special offers created and defined by brands, through which users can earn Fuxi Points and/or discounts by participating in groups.
Are there special conditions for benefiting from deals?
Each brand determines deal conditions specifically and presents them to the attention of users on the deal detail page.
Is there a fee to participate in deals?
No. Participation in deals through the Fuxi platform is completely free.
Do deals change constantly on Fuxi?
The validity period of a deal changes for each brand and deal. We recommend you visit Fuxi every day to be informed about deals and not to miss current offers.
Can Fuxi cancel deals?
Deals are created by brands. Deals canceled or changed by the brand are updated on the Fuxi Platform. Fuxi is in an intermediary role over deals.
How can I be informed about deals?
To be instantly informed about Fuxi deals, we recommend you give permission for app notifications and email communications. Remember that we can thus instantly inform you about the most current deals of your favorite brands.
Can Fuxi discounts be combined with other deals in the store?
Deals created by brands change according to their structure and conditions.
What should I do not to forget a deal?
On Fuxi, you can add all the deals and groups you like and want to participate in later to your favorites. All you have to do is tap the heart icon.
What is a group?
Groups are announcements aimed at users being able to participate in deals created by the brand together in a group with other users. Creating a group is free. Each user can only create one active group for one deal.
What are the advantages of shopping by creating a group?
Shopping by creating a group offers users more advantageous conditions compared to individual shopping within the scope of Fuxi deals. It provides the opportunity to participate in deals in groups that cannot be participated in individually due to the high entry barrier. Thanks to the group structure, deals can be completed faster, advantages take effect in a shorter time, and users can benefit from the same opportunities with their friends or other users. This structure both increases the economic benefit and offers a social and sharing-oriented shopping experience.
Can I share my group with my relatives?
Yes, you can share the shopping group you created for any deal with your family, friends, and loved ones and benefit from discounts and opportunities together.
What happens if the group I created is not completed?
In groups where the required number of participants cannot be reached, the deal does not become active. In this case, no addition or loss occurs in the Fuxi Point balances of the users.
Can I participate in more than one group in one deal?
No. Within the scope of the same active deal, a user can only be in one group.
For which products are the deals valid?
Deals are valid only for products/services sold by the brand and included in the scope of the deal.
What is Fuxi Point?
Fuxi Point are reward points that you can accumulate by participating in deals through the Fuxi platform and can use in valid product/service purchases in deals you will participate in again through Fuxi.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
1 (One) Fuxi Point = 1 (One) TL is accepted.
How is Fuxi Point used?
Fuxi Point can only be used in products/services offered through the Fuxi Platform and valid within the scope of deals. Fuxi Points earned after participating in deals in groups can be spent during the relevant deal period and in accordance with the conditions determined by the brand. During shopping, the shopping code created by the Fuxi App is presented at the store; the store employee enters this code into the system via the Fuxi panel or Fuxi Partner App, enabling the Fuxi Point to be earned.
Can Fuxi Points be converted into cash?
No. Fuxi Points cannot be withdrawn as cash, cannot be transferred, and can only be used under deal conditions.
Can I send my Fuxi Point to someone else?
No. Fuxi Points are special to you. They cannot be shared with another user.
From where and how can I track the Fuxi Points I have earned and spent?
You can see the Fuxi Points you have earned from the "My Earnings" tab within the Fuxi application.
How long is the Fuxi Point usage period?
Fuxi Points earned on Fuxi are valid until the end of the calendar year in which they were earned. For example, Fuxi Points earned on April 20, 2026 can be used until December 31, 2026; they lose their validity after this date.
When will the Fuxi Point I earn from my shopping be loaded into my account?
The Fuxi Points you will earn from your shopping with Fuxi are loaded within 24 hours unless specified otherwise by the member brand. They become usable when the return period determined by the brand specifically for the product within the relevant deal expires.
What is a shopping code?
A shopping code is a code special to you, defined after a deal you participate in over Fuxi, shown during payment at the checkout, or shared with you. Thanks to this code, you benefit from discounts and can accumulate Fuxi Points.
Can the shopping code be used for online shopping?
Unless the usage method is clearly stated in the deal details, the shopping code is valid in physical stores.
Is my shopping code personal?
Yes. Shopping codes are personal and cannot be used by another user.
Is there a validity period for my shopping code?
Yes. Shopping codes defined over Fuxi must be used within 5 (five) days. Expired codes cannot be used. The validity date of the shopping code cannot exceed the deal validity dates.
What should I do if my Shopping Code does not work?
First, you should make sure of the deal period, whether the store is included in the deal, and that the code hasn't been used. If the problem persists, you can contact the Fuxi support team.
What happens if I don't use my Shopping Code?
When the deal period ends, unused shopping codes lose their validity.
What is the QR code for?
You can effortlessly benefit from Fuxi deals by showing the QR code linked to the shopping code to the store official of the relevant brand.
Is Fuxi responsible for the product or service I purchased?
No. The sale, quality, delivery, return, and exchange of the product/service are completely the responsibility of the brand.
What is the difference between Fuxi and other loyalty programs?
The difference between Fuxi and other loyalty programs lies in the fact that it offers a system based not only on individual spending, but on deals and group dynamics together. While many traditional loyalty programs are based on collecting points over spending and using these points within a specific store/brand, Fuxi both brings together the special deals of brands with users and can bring a group participation mechanism to these deals. Thanks to this, users not only earn points over the spending they make, but at the same time can benefit from higher discount rates and extra Fuxi Points by creating a group.
Can the same person open more than one Fuxi account?
No. A User can only create a single account.
Can my Fuxi account be suspended?
In case of use against the User Agreement, misuse, or abuse detection, the account can be suspended or closed.
What do I agree to by using Fuxi?
All Users who are members of the Fuxi Platform are considered to have accepted the User Agreement.
